Terms of service for retail and wholesale

Who we are

ZUBBU Baby is a venture of EXIM Compass. Its registered office is at 24, Noor House, Dhake Colony, J.P. Road, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400053, India. These terms govern your use of zubbubaby.com and every retail or wholesale order placed with us, whether through this website, WhatsApp, or any other channel we operate.

How ordering works

This website is a catalog. Orders are placed and confirmed on WhatsApp (+91 81082 65526). An order is binding only once we have confirmed availability and price in writing on WhatsApp and you have completed payment. Prices shown on the site are indicative, in Indian Rupees, and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. The price that applies is the one confirmed at the time of order. Every order ships with a GST invoice.

Retail purchases

Retail orders have no minimum quantity. You are responsible for giving us an accurate delivery address and a phone number on which you can be reached. If incorrect details cause a re-delivery or a return to origin, we may charge you those costs. Products are intended for use by children under adult supervision, and must be used as described on the product and its packaging.

Wholesale and dealer terms

Wholesale pricing applies from the MOQ shown on each product page. We offer dealer tier pricing, credit terms (Net 15/30 for approved dealers) and catalog editions at our discretion, and they may require a valid GSTIN. Wholesale prices change with freight and duty, so the fortnightly catalog edition that is current when the order is confirmed is the one that applies. Wholesale buyers resell in their own name and are responsible for their own invoicing and for their consumer obligations to their customers.

Product information and safety

We sell baby hardware and accessories. We do not sell food, infant milk substitutes, feeding bottles marketed contrary to the IMS Act, medicines or cosmetics as consumables. Product images are illustrative. Minor variations in colour and print are normal for manufactured goods. Safety and age-grading information on product pages is guidance, not a substitute for adult supervision. Our Quality page explains how we test, and batch test reports are available on request on WhatsApp.

Payments

We accept payment by UPI and bank transfer as confirmed on WhatsApp at the time of order. We never ask for card PINs, OTPs or passwords. Payment requests come only from our confirmed business number, so treat any other request as fraudulent and report it to us.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. After dispatch, our Returns & Refunds policy applies to the order. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, was damaged in our warehouse, or was listed at a clearly wrong price.

Intellectual property

The ZUBBU name, logo, site design and content belong to EXIM Compass or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape or reuse them commercially without written permission. Authorised dealers receive brand assets and usage guidelines when they are onboarded.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot be limited by contract. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, natural events or regulatory action.

Grievances and disputes

Our grievance officer handles complaints within the timelines prescribed by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Contact details are on the Grievance Officer page. These terms are governed by the laws of India; subject to those rules and your statutory rights, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our business and the law change. The version published on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
