Shipping policy

In-stock retail orders are dispatched within 48 hours. You get tracking on WhatsApp, and we confirm the shipping cost before you pay.

Where we ship

We ship pan-India, to every pincode our courier partners serve. If your pincode is not serviceable, we tell you on WhatsApp before you pay. We do not currently ship internationally.

Dispatch time

In-stock retail orders are dispatched from our Mumbai warehouse within 48 hours of payment confirmation, counting working days only. Wholesale orders are dispatched on the timeline confirmed with your order, typically 2–5 working days depending on quantity and packing requirements. If we cannot meet the dispatch window we committed to, we tell you before you have to ask, and you may cancel for a full refund.

Delivery estimates

After dispatch, metro-to-metro deliveries typically arrive in 2–4 working days, and deliveries to the rest of India in 3–7 working days. These are courier estimates and are not guaranteed. You receive the tracking number on WhatsApp on the day your order ships.

Shipping charges

Retail shipping is charged at actual cost, and we confirm the amount on WhatsApp before you pay. Wholesale freight is quoted for each order based on weight, volume and destination. For wholesale orders, you are also welcome to collect from our warehouse using your own transporter.

Receiving your order

Please check the outer packaging when your order is delivered. If a carton arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery or note the damage with the courier. Then photograph it and message us on WhatsApp the same day, so we can process the transit claim quickly. Damage that is hidden until you open the package is covered under our Returns & Refunds policy.

Failed deliveries

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If an order comes back to us because the address was incorrect or the receiver could not be reached, we refund the product amount minus the original and return shipping costs. Once the address is corrected we are glad to dispatch the order again, with fresh shipping charges.
